Can I use Windows?
Yes, you can choose to use windows at no extra cost. You can even switch between windows and linux after activation with just a few clicks in the control panel.
How long does server setup take ?
Our VPS servers are normally deployed instantly after payment, sometimes orders maybe flagged by our security systems for a manual review by staff which can delay server activation, this is nomrally a stright forward process which requires no action by you.
Are email ports blocked?
Yes, we block all outgoing email ports by default on servers to protect our clients and network. If you require the use of outgoing email simply contact our support team who will be happy to assist you with opening these ports.
Are the VPS managed or unmanaged?
Our VPS are unamaged as standard. We offer a range of management from one time fee tasks to a monthly recurring agreement. If you need more information drop our sales team a message to discuss your needs and options.
Do you ignore DMCA reports?
No, all content hosted on our servers must be legal and comply with all laws in the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to suspend any server found breaking these terms and condtions.
Will you transfer my data for me?
We are happy to offer advice or assit in migrating data to our servers, we may charge a fee for this, each case is different and can be discussed with our server support team.
